One of the more recent projects I've been involved in designing,The Gaslight Grill is a new bar and restaurant concept bought to you by The Lost Society group also responsible for The Lost Angel in Battersea. The Gaslight Grill is set to redefine the modern steakhouse by pushing the envelope of British culinary creativity fusing grilled fired meats with country classics.
